CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens. However, we do have a late/cancellation/no show fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 30% of booked amount. If you are late to your appointment past the late rule time (5 minutes for 10–20-minute services, 10 for 30+ minute services) you will be up charged 30% on your total. A no call no show will result in a full charge for the service booked off the card saved on the account.
